Hello y'all, We're ready to kick business in to high gear with the current markets and business growth. This month we've brought on another new record number of members with 17 salespeople hired (a new member every other day). New members include Jason Hannah dealing the DFW area, Lucia Anderson dealing the DFW area, Yosi Cain dealing the Inland Empire, Akm Karim dealing DFW, Reneé Bubetz dealing in Southern California, Gary Bond dealing the DFW area, Olivia Pham-Oliva referred on by another current member and dealing the Orange County, CA area, Eric Sotelo dealing the Houston area, Sheron Martin dealing the DFW area, Ninette Marie Abdo dealing the Houston and San Antonio Markets, Rhonda LaRay Jacobs dealing the DFW area, Lauren Nguyen dealing the Houston area, Asad Jawad dealing the Houston area, Juana Daigle dealing the Houston area, Leisha Zhang dealing the Houston area, Joan LeBlanc dealing the Sarasota-Bradenton area and Coby Berry dealing the Houston area. Looking forward to what we can all accomplish together. With listings still the hot spot to be, I want to take a moment to urge building on your marketing and presentations. There are tools in the MLSs that help with building a strong case with listings and help us win the sellers trust to list their property. So, look in to what options your MLS provides and use them. For marketing, there are better places to be depending on what type of property or client you want to target. For first time home buyers, you may target apartment communities and certain keywords online. For short sale and bank owned listings, there is a process that we can get you in the loop of to obtain those... Whatever type of property you're wanting to target, make since of where to focus.
